Afternoon in Prague

I must admit I was pretty stoked when Adam suggested another day trip to Prague. We are like a 45 minutes train ride away... that's it! So, why not. We spent the better part of our afternoon at the Old Town Square Hotel. They have a great patio right in the middle of all the action.

The hub's "it's 5 o'clock somewhere" pictures!

The Prague Segway City Tour is a great way to explore the city. It looks like it's so much fun... We've never been on one so I'm not sure how difficult it is to get your balance in control.
As well as discovering Prague attractions on Segway tours, you can choose a much easier way... The multi-bicycle tour. It takes you through hidden streets and along river banks to get the best views.

En route to Old Town Square, we passed by the famous Obecni Dum (Municipal House). The municipal house is the premier Art Nouveau building in Prague. Such a beautiful building!! Not sure it does it justice but here's the pic...

On the streets of Prague.

The hubs is very happy to have a day off :)
Master of romantic music, Fryderyk Chopin. Apparently Chopin visited Prague on a few occasions. Very interesting read!
I've taken so many photo's around Prague, that it's been hard to pick a favourite, and you can all look back through previous posts to get a sense of the kinds of things we're in to, be they heritage architecture, restaurants or shopping. I am actually gonna blog about fashion soon. I'm building a post to show you what is popular here. Stay tune!!

Thank you! I love taking pictures. I'm still shy to use my husband's Nikon...! So I stick with my little one.

Yes, I was at the game yesterday. I usually never miss a home game! So fun but I'm looking forward to the start of the season!!

Everything is so stunning over there! Makes Halifax look boring, new and lack of character.... :)

I'm looking forward too, like all the thousands of hockeymaniacs in eastern Bohemia. Games with Sparta are always filled with attractive technical actions and i'm sure there will be good atmosphere too, so lot of material for Your "little picture-taker".
