Well sheesh, when I blogged last about the house, I never thought that our closing would get pushed out!! Yup, just when the keys were about to be handed over to us, some darn package didn't get to us in time for our gazillion signature. Closing a house when you are not physically there is a bit more difficult. Now our new closing date is February 5th :( I know, I know, it's not like we can move in anytime soon haha... We just need to hang tight a lil longer!
Annnnnyway, this upcoming Monday is our "big move." From high gear to crazy gear, we will flight out of Chicago and spend the 25th packing hte house (above pic) in Syracuse and drive back the 26th towards Illinois!!! The 27th, we will most likely rest our aching frames by marinating in front of our TV in our Rockford apt with Shadow :)
Speaking of our little puppy girl, she is doing w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l!!! Her first dog apt went well! She is growing by the minute....4 lbs in 4 days. I think we adopted a monster LOL jk. We found a pet nanny for her (Elizabeth). Shadow will spend 3 days with Elizabeth while we are in Syracuse. Elizabeth is simply a dog lover :) :)

What a pain...oh well, the date will creep up fast enough and you'll finally have the keys in your hand. Might be faith giving you a little extra time to move out of Syracuse and settle in your new place in Chicago before having to deal with the new house renovations, etc. Shadow is growing so fast...I agree, you adopted a monster...hehe.
