Horse Races

October brought an awesome sunny Indian summer day for us to enjoy the Pardubice horse races. It was fun and I f-i-n-a-l-l-y got to eat the delicious Trdelnik!!!!!

The very large crowd.

Pics of the race.
The ending was so close but 57 year old Josef Vana won his 7th race as a jockey. He is like a legend in his own lifetime and they unveiled a statue of him at the racecourse.
My Trdelnik moment!!! Yummy!!!

What can I say.... It was aaaaamazing!!!
