We went to the Space Shuttle Atlantis launched on Monday at 2:01pm sharp. It was awesome!!! We parked on a bridge to make sure nothing would get in the way of seeing the shuttle take off. Space shuttle Atlantis thundered through slightly hazy Florida skies carrying 7 astronauts to repair the damaged Hubble space telescope. Wow, what a sight. We felt the strong after winds of the shuttle ~ pretty cool!!
