Ohhhhh Delta...

So here's an update for you... Between Adam and I, we spent over 12 hours on the phone yesterday with Delta to try and avoid a New York connection. No success... He finally decided to leave 3 hours earlier to go to the airport in Prague and negotiate, in person, with a Delta agent, what were his options. They weren't cooperative at all. Adam freaked out and all of a sudden they put him on a different flight?!?! Is that really what it's come down to...

Anywho, all excited, he boards his Paris flight and waits forever for people who were late getting to the gate. Adam got in Atlanta with seconds to cross the security/boarder and get to his gate. He asked a Delta agent if they could hold the flight for a few minutes and NOPE..... No can do. What?! So he missed his flight :(

Dear Delta, I'm not happy with the inconsistencies in your procedures. One agent who will wait, another who won't, one agent wants to change you for the change of flight (due to the weather), another that won't... Get on the same page people!

Now, I'm waiting for Adam to call... I pray he gets in today!
